So i’ve been trying to really get back into ballet shape. I did a whole set of strengthening and stretching exercises on Monday. Recovery : First Ballet Class.

So finally, after all the complications, I finally got my ass back into ballet class. Nope, I didn’t jump straight into my Advanced 1 class; rather, I started with Intermediate first. And I came home, very much sore. My recovering toe isn’t very used to the normal dancing pressure just yet - hence the reason my foot is currently submerged in ice right now.
